• Delays caused by weather, site conditions, or access issues are not the responsibility of PAWFECT or The Kingsway Group.

6. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• PAW PARK™ is subject to a limited 30-day warranty for defects only.
• All other products are subject to a 30-day return policy.
