Refund policy

1. General Policy

PAW PARK™ products are custom-supplied and professionally installed by The Kingsway Group. Due to the nature of this product—including live grass, soil, and on-site installation—all sales are final except as outlined below.

PAWFECT is a company of The Kingsway Group, which supplies all materials and labor required for installation.

2. 30-Day Limited Refund Eligibility

A 30-day limited refund policy applies only under the following conditions:
    •    Product arrives damaged
    •    Product is structurally defective
    •    Grass fails to establish or grow due to non-functioning soil or materials supplied by The Kingsway Group
    •    Installation was performed incorrectly by our crew

The 30-day period begins after installation is completed at the assigned address.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
    •    Change of mind after purchase
    •    Dissatisfaction due to personal preference
    •    Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
    •    Improper maintenance or care by the customer
    •    Environmental factors beyond our control (excessive heat, cold, pet misuse, neglect)
    •    Requests to remove or return the product after installation without qualifying defects

This product cannot be returned simply because the customer decides they no longer want it.

4. Inspection & Reporting
    •    Customers must inspect the product upon installation.
    •    Any issues must be reported within 30 days of installation.
    •    Photo and/or video evidence may be required.
    •    The Kingsway Group reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any refund or repair.

5. Resolution Options

If a valid issue is confirmed, The Kingsway Group may choose, at its discretion, to:
    •    Repair the affected area
    •    Replace defective materials (grass, soil, components)
    •    Issue a partial or full refund

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Live Materials Disclaimer

PAW PARK™ includes live grass and natural soil. Growth and performance depend on proper care, watering, and reasonable environmental conditions. Natural variation in grass appearance is normal and does not qualify as a defect.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing PAW PARK™, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Return Policy.

 

All PAWFECT products excluding PAW PARK™ are covered by a 30-day return policy.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
    •    The item is unused and in original condition
    •    Original packaging is intact
    •    Proof of purchase is provided
