1. General Shipping Information

PAWFECT ships products to approved locations within [Canada / United States – specify]. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

2. PAW PARK™ (Supplied & Installed Product)

PAW PARK™ is not shipped as a standard parcel.
    •    This product is supplied and professionally installed by The Kingsway Group.
    •    After purchase, our team will contact you to schedule delivery and installation.
    •    Installation dates are subject to weather conditions, site access, and material availability.
    •    The installation address must be accessible and compliant with local building or condo regulations.

PAW PARK™ is not eligible for standard shipping or carrier delivery.

3. All Other PAWFECT Products

All PAWFECT products excluding PAW PARK™ are shipped using third-party carriers.

Processing Time
    •    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
    •    Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
    •    Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.
    •    Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
    •    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
    •    Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

PAWFECT is not responsible for:

    •    Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
    •    Failed deliveries due to restricted access

    •    Provide photos or videos of the damage and packaging

Lost or delayed shipments must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
